BENJAMIN LAYCOCK, DC
Dr. Laycock attended the University of Arizona for his undergraduate studies, earning degrees in physiology, nutritional science, and biochemistry. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic West, in 2021. Dr. Laycock has specialized in Active Release Technique (ART), Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) using the Graston Technique, Functional Range Conditioning (FRCms), Kinesio Taping and tailored rehabilitation exercises. Dr. Laycock’s passion for anatomy and physiology was sparked by a major knee injury he sustained while playing high school football. This life-changing experience inspired him to dedicate his career to understanding the human body and helping others recover from sports-related injuries. He is deeply committed to guiding patients through the challenges of injury recovery and helping them return to the activities they love. His caring approach and unwavering dedication make him a trusted partner in his patients' health journeys.
Outside of work, Dr. Laycock enjoys weightlifting, running, and playing table tennis and volleyball. A Bay Area native, he loves attending football and volleyball games and spending quality time with his family playing board games.
