MATTHEW CHACE, DC
Dr. Chace is a compassionate and dedicated chiropractor with a strong foundation in psychology and kinesiology. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic West, graduating with honors and earning Dean's List recognition.
Before pursuing a chiropractic career, Dr. Chace gained invaluable experience across various healthcare settings. As a psychiatric nurse, he utilized exercise as a therapeutic tool to improve patient outcomes. He further developed his expertise as a rehabilitation specialist and physical therapy assistant, focusing on geriatric care and addressing the challenges of cognitive and physical decline.
Dr. Chace’s academic journey reflects his unwavering commitment to excellence. He completed his undergraduate studies at CSU Bakersfield, earning a B.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in biomechanics and applied exercise science.
In his pursuit of providing the highest quality care, Dr. Chace has obtained advanced training in numerous therapeutic modalities, including Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Active Release Technique (ART), Graston Technique, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Motion Palpation Institute (MPI), Functional Range Conditioning (FRCms), Kinesiotape (KT), rehabilitative exercise, and lifestyle counseling.
Dr. Chace is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal health and wellness. He specializes in treating neuro-musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries, using an evidence-based approach that focuses on addressing the root causes of pain rather than just the symptoms. Inspired by his own experiences with injuries, Dr. Chace is committed to helping patients regain pain-free movement and lead more functional, active lives.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Chace enjoys an active lifestyle with his wife. He embraces a holistic approach to wellness, recognizing the vital connection between physical and mental health.
