His dedication to both education and clinical practice has made him a leader in his field.
Throughout his career, Dr. Ho has focused on understanding and treating sports and soft tissue injuries. He has successfully treated thousands of patients who failed traditional treatments and surgeries, using his unique, evidence-based approach to avoid unnecessary surgeries and prevent complications. His passion for the human spine, human performance, and sports injuries drives his commitment to providing the best outcomes for his patients.
As an athlete himself, having completed six Ironman Triathlons and three Escape from Alcatraz Triathlons, Dr. Ho fully understands both the physical and mental demands of sports. His personal experience with overtraining injuries deepened his appreciation for sports chiropractic care, recognizing its vital role not only in recovery but also in performance optimization.
Dr. Ho is also one of the very first practitioners of the Graston Technique and has played a significant role in developing the Graston Technique protocols. As an instructor, he has taught numerous doctors and therapists, helping to expand the use of this innovative soft tissue therapy.
Today, Dr. Ho integrates a holistic approach that blends functional movement analysis, muscle testing, soft tissue manipulation, rehabilitative exercises, and targeted strength training. By addressing muscle compensation patterns and underlying dysfunctions, he helps athletes not only recover but also perform at their best, ensuring they stay in the game longer.
